Sapling: Quality Products, Quality Craftsmanship, Quality Time

Many companies and organizations operate with many goals in mind, one of which usually includes improving customer satisfaction. Here at Sapling, we believe that using quality parts leads to the development of quality products and satisfied customers. All members of the Sapling team strive to produce superior clocks/clock systems and are proud of the products that we build.

Each of Sapling’s clocks, as well as the technology inside each clock, are individually created and manufactured at our headquarters in Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania. We pride ourselves on building each clock with care and not one product is shipped from our building until it is thoroughly examined and gone through a quality control check.

To create a superior clock, we believe in using the most durable and long-lasting materials available on the market. The housings of both the analog and digital clocks are made of high quality ABS, which is extremely durable and able to hold up in many different scenarios. Focusing on our analog clocks, the crystal is made up of polycarbonate, which can withstand breaking, cracking or scratching because of its high impact resistance.

The dials are made up of a polystyrene material, which is commonly used in DVD cases, smoke detectors and on food and drink containers. This product does not yellow and resists fading over time. Sapling provides several options to customize the dial including white, black and a variety of different dial styles. The hands on the clocks are constructed out of aluminum which is lightweight, but extremely sturdy. Sapling provides a standard hand, as well as three different specialty hands. (Contact a Sapling representative for more information about our specialty dials and hands).

Along with a quality inspection and testing to make sure each clock works properly, Sapling has full compliance with UL, cUL, CE and FCC. Furthermore, with no FCC license required within our patented wireless system, your facility will be able to eliminate the cost associated with renewing an FCC license over the life of the product. Many of our competitors require an FCC license, which comes with a yearly renewal, which can add up over the years.

High quality is the standard at Sapling, whether it is the products purchase, the clock systems made or the people that make this place so special. We pride ourselves in our work every day and would love to help benefit your company or organization as well, so please do not hesitate to contact us!
