Despite the notion that students need to spend as much classroom time possible to learn necessary components to evolve, recent research has disproved this. A recent Netherlands study declared that students who obtain more physical activity, at school or otherwise, are more inclined to have elevated GPAs and enhanced standardized tests scores. The more a body is in motion, the better the functioning capability. This includes the brain leading to greater memory, creativity and attention span, all are vital to succeeding in classroom activities.
The way a Sapling wireless clock system works is that it creates a mesh network throughout its inner workings. It begins with the master clock, which is similar to the manager in the office; this device is the head of the operation, sending out the time signal for the clocks to receive. Sapling’s master clock, which can receive time from an (S)NTP server or a GPS satellite, sends out the time and can be programmed to ring bells in a school, turn on/off lights throughout an office, among many other things . The mesh network is Sapling’s wireless clock system is created because the secondary clocks have the ability to act as a transceiver. They receive and retransmit the time signal to neighboring clocks, maximizing the strength and distances of the transmitted signal within the system.
