The internal user can institute a Brightness Schedule for all the connected clocks within the IP system. In doing so, the user may decide the day(s) and time(s) that they can set alternative brightness levels. Within an office for example, the main hours of operation are typically between 9 am – 5 pm. During these hours, the clock can be on a HIGH setting to display the time that is visible for the entire office. After everyone has headed home for the night, the system could be set to a lower, more dim brightness level (Medium, Low) or completely OFF after hours, thus conserving energy and money.
