Sapling’s Temperature Sensor is an accessory that allows a user to monitor the temperature in a certain area within their facility. Displaying the temperature in either Celsius or Fahrenheit, the Temperature Sensor is hard wired to the back of a 3200 or 3300 Series Digital Clock and comes standard with a 5-foot (152 cm) cable.

Along with choosing between Celsius or Fahrenheit, a user can also designate the amount of time the temperature is displayed on the digital clock while alternating with the time or with the time and date. For example, a user can choose to display the time for 5 seconds and the temperature for 3 seconds.

Users who have a Wired/Wireless/TalkBack Wireless System can configure the Temperature Sensor using Sapling’s SBDconfig.exe software program, which works with Sapling’s USB Programming Cable accessory. If a user has an IP Clock System, the Temperature Sensor can be configured through each clock’s built-in web interface.
